On Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at approximately 2:16 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Virginia Avenue for a disturbance. Police contacted Matthew Zink who was responsible for causing the disturbance. Zink was told by officers to leave the property and not to return. At approximately 3:56 AM, officers were called to the business for Zink causing another disturbance. Police contacted staff who reported that Zink returned, disturbed the workers, and stole a drink from the store. Zink was arrested and transported to the police station. He was taken to Central Booking to await his initial hearing at District Court.

CHARGES: Theft less than $100, Trespassing: Private Property, Disturb the Peace, Fail to Obey a Reasonable & Lawful Order
