On Monday, April 17th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police arrested Sterling Marie Wilson, 26, of Cumberland MD. Wilson was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on February 28th, 2023. The warrant alleges that Wilson failed to appear in District Court on that date for previous charges of obstructing, hindering, and false statement. Wilson was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was released on a $1000 unsecured personal bond.

On Monday, May 3rd, 2021, the Cumberland City Police arrested Justin Wayne Parr, 31, of Cumberland MD. Parr was arrested on an outstanding District Court Bench Warrant for violation the terms of his probation. Parr was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $2,500 bond.
