Pirate rookie sensation Paul Skenes will be the starting pitcher for the National League Tuesday night in the annual All Star game. Skenes has a 6-0 record and on Thursday threw 7 no-hit innings in Milwaukee. The last Pirate to start on the mound in the Midsummer Classic was Jerry Reuss in 1975.
