National Weather Service.reports PATCHY ICY SPOTS EARLY THIS MORNING in Central and Eastern Allegany County. Lingering moisture from overnight rain combined with temperatures around freezing in a few places may result in a few slick or icy spots early this morning.

Motorists should remain alert for sudden slick spots. Leave extra time and following distance, reduce speed, and assume anything that looks wet may be icy.
