Republican Neil Parrott released a statement Thursday afternoon finally conceding the Maryland 6th District race for Congress to April McClain-Delaney. Votes are still being counted in the tight race but Parrott’s statement indicated that it was clear that McClain-Delaney was going to be the winner. He went on to thank his family and supporters for their help in his campaign and wished McClain-Delaney well in the office.
