On December 28th, 2024 at approximately 20:47 p.m, the Cumberland Police Department responded to Park Street for a destruction of property complaint. Upon arrival an officer was informed that the victim had reported someone throwing a brick at their vehicle causing damage to the front passenger door. A description was provided to the officer and the suspect was located in the vicinity of the incident. The suspect was identified as Michael Allen Wallace. The officer completed his investigation, and was told by Wallace that he did throw a brick. Wallace was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to central booking to await a bond review.
