The Grand Re-Opening Celebration continues today in Downtown Cumberland. A parade kicks off at Noon, traveling down Liberty Street before turning left onto Baltimore Street – that event features bands from Fort Hill and Allegany along with other community groups and the Black Magic Circus. WCBC Radio will live stream the parade beginning at noon today on Facebook. Then the festive atmosphere continues with games, a scavenger hunt, and six bands on two stages running from 2 till 10pm.
