On Monday, November 18, 2024 at approximately 9:30 AM, officers responded to the 200 block of Paca Street for a disturbance. Police contacted the complainant who reported that Michael Bergman had been causing a disturbance and threw food at her door. Bergman was unable to be located at this time. At approximately 1:11 PM, officers responded to a financial institution located in the 100 block of Baltimore Street for a disturbance. The staff reported that Bergman was there causing a disturbance. Bergman was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. Bergman was issued a criminal citation for the earlier incident. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
