The 36th season of Maryland Public Television’s Outdoors Maryland premiers on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:30pm. The series shares stories about wildlife, people and places throughout the Free State and the first episode of the season will highlight the Cumberland Soaring Group and archeologists working on the site of Thomas Cresap’s house. Mark Blace of the Cumberland Soaring Association says MPT spent a day with them in July…
“Andy Patterson, the producer of the show and his photographer that came along, Daniel, were really organized, and we had spent probably 6 hours on the phone and sending emails back and forth coordinating before they showed up. And our club had organized people to fly with them and do interviews with them, and we had a whole day basically, that we had set aside to take them out flying and work with them.
