WCBC Radio, along with the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce,is again highlighting area high school seniors. The WCBC/Frostburg State University Student Salute, which airs on WCBC between February and April, showcases the accomplishments of high school seniors in the county. Chamber of Commerce CEO Juli McCoy says that the program also opens doors to a Frostburg State University scholarship…

   

“Students with the highest achievements become eligible for a scholarship, so we do have money to give away. Our first place winner will be given a $5,000 award and second and third place each receive $500. These are scholarships to Frostburg State University.”
