The changing landscape of healthcare, especially for senior citizens, can be hard to navigate. Finding coverage plans can be a confusing process. Barth Frankenberry tells WCBC that his insurance office has received many more referrals this year and they are able to help seniors go through the many programs available…
“Anybody that’s on Medicare that basically has the red, white, and blue card – we’ll sit down and go over your options with you. There are more options than you’re probably being given. We work with about 30 different companies.”
Frankenberry says that many veterans are unaware that they can also get assistance for insurance options …
“If you are a veteran, right, we see a lot of veterans who just have access to the VA, some of them have access to Tri-Care, and they come in and they say you can’t do any better and when they walk out they’re glowing because of the way we were able to help them.”
