Rock the Block is a free trip back to the 80s featuring The Reagan Years – The East Coast’s Original 80s Tribute Band, and Milk Mountain from Frederick.
Cumberland's downtown has been completely reimagined. Rock The Block is proud to honor Triton Construction and Carl Belt, Inc. for 18 months of amazing work on Baltimore Street and the Cas Taylor Bridge. These two strong companies are sharing Rock The Block Presenting Sponsorship with Chessie Federal Credit Union and will get a nod on stage when The Reagan Years launch this iconic '80s anthem on Saturday, October 12 on Pershing Street.

Free Merchant's Alley party Includes Cartridges Galore Tetris competition, hot dog eating contest and a sneak preview of Cumberland's Reimagined Downtown! Free admission to all programming. Open alcohol carry allowed by city permit.
