A special Mayor and City Council meeting will take place Monday afternoon for the swearing in of the new Mayor for the City of Frostburg.

Starting at 4pm in the Frostburg Municipal Center, outgoing Mayor Bob Flanigan will lead a final call-to-order and Pledge of Allegiance before the Honorable Dawne Lindsay, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County presides over the Oath of Office for new Mayor Todd Logsdon. Logsdon became the new mayor in June’s election, winning by 88 votes over Flanigan.
