Cumberland’s festivities for welcoming 2025 begin this afternoon when the main artery streets in downtown Cumberland are cordoned off, starting at 4pm. The main location for the evening’s event will be at the new waterfall parklet at the corner of Liberty and Baltimore Streets with the ball drop off the Cumberland Arms Apartments. .
