A tentative date of New Year’s Eve has been set for the dedication of the Cumberland Clock, which will be located at Hendershot Park next to the soon to be completed Cas Taylor Bridge on Baltimore Street. The clock will stand 12 to 14 feet high and will be illuminated. Ed Mullaney of Let’s Beautify Cumberland says fundraising continues and they will be set up on Washington Street for the Fourth of July festivities…
