CG Enterprises unveiled a new mural at the Rosenbaum building downtown on Tuesday. The mural that resembles a vintage postcard of Cumberland, was designed by artist Marc Phillips. "He gave me the subject matter to kind of compile together and and work up a design and he would give me critiques or things that once he saw them come to life we could transform them how we saw fit so that was really the inspiration as he said it was old history combined with the new wave of new businesses coming together."
