The U.S. Army Reserve and AHEC West will host the 2024 Mountain Maryland Medical Mission, a no-cost medical clinic, from July 27th through August 5th at the Allegany County Fairgrounds. The Maryland Medical Mission is part of a Department of Defense initiative called Innovative Readiness Training.
