With warmer weather now just a few months away, the resumption of construction projects and related activities in the Cumberland area won’t be far behind. On Wednesday’s “Dave Norman Show,” Mayor Ray Morriss said the long-awaiting beginning of work by the developer at the site of the Rolling Mill project near the Queen City Center shopping plaza will proceed as planned when spring arrives….
The mayor also says he expects work on the Baltimore Street Bridge to begin later in the year, as planned…
…And he says negotiations with CSX Rail Corporation regarding the bridges on Fayette and Washington Streets are ongoing.
