Governor Morrisey says the new six-year budget plan he is putting together for the West Virginia legislature will be released in early February.  The long-range plan will show a breakdown of what he wants to accomplish over the next six years, including taking care of what he says is a $400 million dollar deficit.  The governor wants the plan to be as simple as possible to understand…

  

“You’ll be receiving that coming up with the budget on February 12th that way you can look at it.  These are not numbers that are a dispute.  Third grade math could allow you to understand these numbers and agree with what the administration is doing.”
