Election Day is now less than two weeks away with polls showing the Presidential race neck and neck. More than 300,000 Marylanders are part of the 36 million who have already cast their ballots. ABC News Deputy Political Director Averi Harper says more Republicans are taking advantage of early voting this year…
“Nationally, we're seeing Democrats outpace the number of Republicans who have already voted. That's the same kind of pattern that we saw in 2020, but the gap between Democrats and Republicans is much narrower. I think it's in part because Republicans have really invested in telling their supporters that they can vote using any method – back in 2020 we saw former President Trump telling folks to vote only on Election Day.”
