The Cumberland Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Ladainian Howard. Ladainian is a 14 year-old black male, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 135 pounds. He was last seen on Bellevue Street in Cumberland, MD on March 16, 2025 at approximately 5:30 pm, wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black hat.  Anyone with information as to his whereabouts please call the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600. Callers can remain anonymous.
