Allegany County's Local Behavioral Health Authority is offering a training course teaching about mental health and substance use issues.  “Mental Health First Aid” is an 8-hour skills-based course teaching signs and symptoms of possible behavioral health concerns, listening skills, and resource sharing.  For more information or to register for the course, visit https://www.alleganymhm.org/mhfa-form/ or call the LBHA office at 301-759-5070.  May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
