After extended negotiations, it would seem that the project developer originally chosen to develop housing at the former Memorial Hospital site in Cumberland is out. Mayor Ray Morriss told WCBC News on Wednesday that the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation would be looking for new proposals for the site and would not be doing further work with RAZ Development…
"That’s something you will be hearing something about very shortly. Moving forward on establishing a developer to develop that property. We’ll probably be opening that back up to see if we can find a developer to do the property."
