A Howard County resident has tested positive for measles – this following a trip out of the country. Health officials are saying this case is not related to the measles outbreak in Texas. Dr. Graham Snyder, Director of Infection Prevention at UPMC says the virus causes fever, rash, cough and other symptoms.
