The Cumberland Mayor and City Council voted Tuesday to close the Queen City Underpass at Baltimore Street indefinitely.  While it is closed, the City will focus on cleaning, disinfection, and needed maintenance.  Mayor Ray Morriss told WCBC Wednesday morning in addition to the cleanliness of the underpass, the City will examine how it is holding up…
