Maryland’s Board of Public Works approved more than $265 million for 60 initiatives in the state and two projects in Cumberland received funding. The Mayor and City Council received $50,000 for the Mid-Town Façade Grant program that will focus on properties in North Centre and North Mechanic Street areas. Humpty Dumpty Learning center also received $75,000 in funding for improvements.
