Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown has sued three gun dealers in Montgomery County for illegally selling dozens of firearms that were trafficked into the District of Columbia. A total of 34 semiautomatic pistols were purchased by Demetrius Minor over a 7-month period. Minor, acting as a “straw purchaser” bought the guns and then sold them to individuals not legally entitled to possess them.
