Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown joined 41 other state Attorneys General, including West Virginia and Pennsylvania in announcing a $102.5 million settlement with Indivior, Inc., makers of Suboxone, a combination of drugs used to control the effects of opioid addiction. The settlement stems from a 2016 complaint that alleged that Indivior Inc. used monopoly practices to control the market for Suboxone.
