He says he doesn’t want to play the spoiler, but West Virginia’s Senator Joe Manchin continues to put himself in the public eye for a possible third-party presidential run.  Speaking at the No Labels Townhall in New Hampshire, Manchin once again spoke about the American people’s mood and the need for more options in the next Presidential election…

Manchin has said he will wait till the end of the year to make any decisions about whether to run for another term as Senator or make other plans…
