Heritage Days takes place this weekend. New this year, Dave Williams of the Allegany County Historical Society says the award-winning MacMillan United Pipe Band will take part on Saturday at 12:30 at the Main Stage on Washington Street and will give free bagpipe lessons after their performance…
“They are an award-winning operation out of Montgomery County. They compete internationally. They’ve won awards in Glasgow, Scotland. They have three marching units and their United Pipe Band will be at Heritage Days on Saturday, the 14th.”
