Local Author Jon Ketzner will be at the Book Center on North Centre Street Saturday at 11am to sign copies of his two books, “Hillbilly Anthology,’ and “Where’s That Bastard Owen and Other Yarns.” Ketzner is a retired actuary who has taken up writing in his retirement, taking inspiration from the Maryland Writers Association “notable authors” monthly challenges…
“The purpose of the prompts is to try to get you to write in the style of these Maryland authors, so really what I’m trying to do is imitate that style and the tropes and everything of that particular genre.”
