Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is holding a live briefiing on COVID-19, which is being broadcast live on WCBC. 

Governor Hogan began the briefing with a review of recent actions.

Maryland State Police will step up enforcement of COVID restrictions and orders, including manning a 24 hour phone line.
