A public listening session for Allegany County residents will start at 3:30 this afternoon to share thoughts, experiences and help residents understand the best ways to provide support for local moms and their babies.
Sponsored by the Maryland Department of Health, it will be an opportunity for the county to review their ongoing maternity initiatives with those attending. The event will be in the main conference room at the LaVale branch of the Allegany County Library at 815 National Highway.
