Linden Street Trespassing arrest

On Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, at approximately 4:16 pm the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 500 Block of Linden Street for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, Officers met with the complainant who advised that Randy Wayne Miller had trespassed on the property. Officers made contact with Miller who was advised not to return to the property. While on scene, Miller was served with a criminal summons issued by the Allegany County District Court for trespassing and harassment. The summons was issued as a result of a private citizen complaint. Later that day, Officers received an additional report that Miller had entered the property and was in the upstairs bedroom. Officers responded to the residence and located Miller inside the residence. He was placed under arrest for trespassing and burglary in the fourth degree. Miller was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently awaiting his initial appearance with an Allegany County District Court Commissioner.

Arrest: Randy Wayne Miller, age 35, Cumberland, Maryland.
