The release of actual ballot tabulations in Maryland tonight will depend partly on the volume of last-minute voters who show up just ahead of the deadline to close the polls.  Deputy State Elections Administrator Nikki Charlson tells WBAL there is a protocol to be followed when the official deadline arrives….
