This is the last week to vote for Allegany County in the USA Today 10 Best Awards for “Best Place to Visit For Fall.” The contest remains open for voting through Monday, September 9. Voting totals are no longer visible to the public. Allegany County Tourism director Ashli Workman said the last standings showed the county in third place behind Mackinac Island, Michigan and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The top 10 winners will be announced Wednesday September 18. Vote at 10best.usatoday.com
