On October 21st, 2023 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Kentucky Avenue for a reported assault. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke with victims, and witnesses of the assault. Through the officer’s investigation they learned that Ammon Miller had assaulted a juvenile, and were able to observe evidence of the assault. Miller was placed under arrest, and awaits his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

Arrest: Ammon Leon Miller III, age 56, Cumberland Maryland
Charge: Assault Second Degree.
