Kelly Road near YMCA will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations on Wednesday, 10/2 to Friday, 10/4. Paving operations will occur between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Traffic devices and signage will be in place to route vehicles through the paving operation. Traffic is expected to be fully restored after work is completed at 5:00 PM.
