The City of Cumberland Engineering Department, on behalf of Belt Paving, would like to notify the public that Kelly Road near YMCA will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations on Wednesday, 10/2 to Friday, 10/4. Paving operations will occur between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Traffic devices and signage will be in place to route vehicles through the paving operation. Traffic is expected to be fully restored after work is completed at 5:00 PM.
Additional information will be released in the event the paving operation needs to be extended.
