Rap star Kanye West on Monday lost his court challenge to get on the general election ballot in West Virginia. Secretary of State Mac Warner previously determined West didn’t have enough valid signatures to get on the ballot as an independent candidate for president. In Monday's ruling, a US district judge agreed with that determination, and rejected West’s argument that Gov. Jim Justice’s ‘Stay at Home’ order hurt his chances to gather signatures.
