West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice on Friday announced easing of restrictions on schools, school sports, bars, restaurants, retail stores and groceries. Regarding schools, Justice said he is calling on the state Board of Education to make it mandatory that all counties send students in grades K through eight back to school full time. Justice said he was increasing the capacity for restaurants and bars from 50% to 75%, but only if social distancing can be maintained among groups. Additionally, no standing room will be allowed, meaning waiting on tables will still have to be done outside. The governor also raised the capacity on small businesses and retail stores from 2 per 1,000 square feet to 4 per 1,000 square feet, and from 3 per 1,000 square feet in groceries to 6 per 1,000 square feet. The public gathering restriction will move from 25 to 75, but social distancing must be maintained…
