Triple-A is projecting that nearly 1.5 million Marylanders will travel 50 miles or more over the July 4th holiday period. 90% of travelers will reach vacation on the road. More than 100,000 residents will fly, almost an 8% increase from 2019. AAA reminds drivers to always slow down and move over for tow trucks, police, fire, and EMS and other first responders.
