The City of Cumberland’s proposed Revolving Loan Program could benefit small businesses in the community with low-rate borrowing up to $10,000 – but is that enough?  When Mayor Ray Morriss was on the Dave Norman Show recently, the conversation was whether that amount of money could actually go far enough to help a business struggling to get started or stay afloat.  Mayor Morriss said they will have wait and see how the program fares…
