I will strive to instill a positive growth mindset and cultivate a positive learning environment.” He continued, “I look forward to working with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a quality learning experience for our students.”
Mr. Farrell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and his Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision, both from Frostburg State University.
