House Minority Leader Buckel believes a beneficial highlight contained within the law is allowing early vote

While House Minority Leader Jason Buckel isn't fully convinced that the recent omnibus legislation passed for election reforms does enough to cover potential voter fraud at the polls or through mail-in ballots, he does believe that allowing early vote counting for mail-in ballots by election boards to be a beneficial highlight contained within the law.
