Through funding from the Maryland Department of Community Development, Horizon Goodwill Industries is opening the first Horizon Market in Hagerstown.  The full-service grocery will bring foods and household staples to a documented food desert in the city.  DHCD Secretary Jake Day was on hand at the construction launch and said community investments like the Horizon Market help the economic engine get started…
