The Associated Press has made a call in the Maryland GOP race for governor in favor of Donald Trump-supported Dan Cox over Kelly Schulz- while the Democratic race is still up for grabs with votes too close to call, for now. As of Thursday morning, Wes Moore has a lead over Tom Perez and both have the lead over Peter Franchot. Given the news of Cox being the projected winner, the current Maryland governor, Republican Larry Hogan who endorsed Schulz, says he will not support Cox in his run for governor. Hogan has previously referred to Cox as a "Nut" and a QANON conspiracy theorist. Cox said that he isn’t surprised by the snub given that he crushed Hogan’s candidate in Tuesday’s primary. Shortly after he was declared the winner, a jublilent Cox said people are looking for change in Annapolis and Washington…
Ironically his potential opponant, Wes Moore sounded a similar theme…
