Governor Larry Hogan is spending a couple of days in Western Maryland this week with stops in Frostburg, LaVale and Cumberland on Tuesday afternoon. In Frostburg, at the newly renovated City Hall, Hogan met with city officials and then moved on to the new State Police Barracks. The governor wrapped his day with a walking tour of downtown Cumberland- including a look at plans for the McMullen building.
