Moderation is building momentum in the upcoming Presidential election.  Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan said on MSNBC’s “Inside With Jen Psaki,” that polls continue to show that 70% of people in America do not want Donald Trump or Joe Biden to be President.  While he skirted around the topic of whether he would become a candidate for the Presidency, Hogan did say that while he is not well known across the country, his approval rating as Governor was 77%, the highest in the country when he left office.  He said a third party ticket may be the way to go for a large cross-section of voters who remain undecided…
