Frostburg’s Arion Band 10:00 AM
The Arion Band remains one of the oldest continuously operating community bands in the United States, based in Frostburg, Maryland. Established in 1877 by Germans immigrating to the area for the plentiful coal mining jobs, the band has been playing for 147 years. The band takes its name from Arion, a legendary Corinthian lyre player. Membership in the band is no longer limited to German-Americans, nor is it by audition only, but the band continues to provide free musical performances in and around Frostburg, Maryland, every summer.  They meet and rehearse in their historic Band Hall, built in 1900, on Uhl Street in Frostburg.

The Bodging Bigfoot 11:00 AM
This couple is passionate about traditional heritage craft. Most notably making traditional white oak baskets that come from a 6th generational worker of white oak into baskets and chair weaving material. The last three or four generations have focused on showing and teaching this art.

MacMillan United Bag Pipe Band 12:30 PM
Since May of 2001, when pipe band alumni of Robert Peary and Rockville High Schools gathered to participate in the National Capital Area Scottish Festival, the MacMillan Pipe Band has promoted the growth of piping and competed around the world with the blessing of Clan MacMillan, named in honor of DB MacMilllan Second in Command of Robert Peary’s arctic explorations. 23 marchers strong in today’s appearance, the McMillan United will parade to Gordon Roberts House following these soloists performance and will be teaching an introduction to playing the bag pipes at 2:30 in the court yard behind Gordon Roberts.

LULU's FATE 2:00 PM
Lulu's Fate from the Washington DC area performs a mix of music from the Appalachian, southern string band and country blues traditions, plus early swing, gospel, original tunes and covers ranging from Hank Williams to Tom Waits.

JOSHUA BEALL’S COMPANY OF THE MARYLAND FORCES 3:15 PM 
Re-established in 1975, the reactivated Maryland Forces is a group of volunteer military reenactors and living historians portraying this early provincial unit which garrisoned both Fort Cumberland and Fort Frederick during the French and Indian War, 1754-1759. WAYNE’S LEGION 3:30 PM
In 1792, after the military waged two unsuccessful battles against Native Americans, George Washington appointed Anthony “Mad Anthony” Wayne as commander-in-chief of the army. Wayne, who set up headquarters in Pittsburgh.
